Week 3 weigh in!

Hey everyone !

My weight loss journey has been good so far. I haven't been tempted to over eat or pig out on anything since i first started dieting this time around . I think that because I am completely focussed and determined this time that I will keep myself from trying to sabotage what I have accomplished so far. 

This morning I stepped on the scale and weigh in at 


Down 3.2 lbs !

Working out has really helped me this week . It was hard to keep myself motivated to do it but now that i see the results I am very happy i stuck to it .

My goals this week are the same as last weeks 

1. Work out , im going to work out an additional day this week . Making it 4 days .
2. Keep drinking that H2o! Water water water
