Hey everyone!
This past week has been yet another good week . I know that every weigh in may not be what I'm hoping for but this week was . I woke up this morning and stepped on the scale it read 229.8!
Down 1.6lbs!
Im happy to say that I accomplished both of my goals from last week . Drinking the water was just as hard as I thought it was going to be , but i forced myself to do it . I worked out twice to DVD's . The first one I tried was Dance off the inches . It was a great workout but i felt like it didnt push me as far as I wanted to go . So I tried The Biggest Losers Cardio Max , now that is a workout that i will refer to everyone . It had my heart pumping within the first 2 minutes.

My new goals for week 3 are
1. Drink more water then last week , Im hoping to get my 8 glasses in .
2. Work out 3 times .
