Week 1 weigh in !

Hey everyone! 

This week was very positive . I have alot of motivation and I am truly determined this time around to lose the 80 lbs I have been dying to lose. 

I was so anxious to step on the scale all week long . I wanted to know if I was losing weight at all . Well this morning I got onto the scale and it read 231.4 ! 


I'm down 4 lb.!!! 

Im very proud of myself for accomplishing my goals this week . I wrote down all of my calories into my pink notebook that i carry with me everywhere . 



My in laws came into town to help us out with some repairs around the house and we all went out for dinner at Boston pizza. I ordered a chicken salad with a diet coke .When I receive the salad i was surprised at how big it was! I ate till I felt satisfied and I had roughly half the salad left over.

This week I ate alot of fruits and vegetables. I also created a breakfast smoothie for myself that consist of 140 calories . 

My goals for Week 2 are 

1. Work out at least 2 or 3 times . 
2. Water , Water , Water. I need to drink my 8 glasses of water daily . ( this maybe my biggest challenge this week )
