Week 1 Intro

This morning I woke up ready to start my new weight loss journey . I was very surprised when I stepped on the scale and it read 235.4 lbs


The night before I gave birth to my twin boys , I weight 245 lbs . That's only a 10 pound difference .


For years my weight has always been up and down . It never really bothered me until my family had pictures done for Christmas. When we received the pictures I felt like i was going to break down and cry . I had a double chin , my arms were huge and so was my face. 

I have tried to diet and exercise many times , but after a week or two I always seemed to quit . 

Here are my week 1 pictures:


I am determined to reach my goal this time around.

1. drink more water 
2. write down everything that goes into my mouth 
3. Count my calories and stay within the amount I have given myself.
